Account Manager



Account Manager London Salary: £60,000-70,000 + commission and benefits Our client are a Global technology and consultancy organisation with a presence in over 45 countries. They are now looking to add to their team with the addition of an Account Manager who will be responsible for the largest spending accounts in the business. The role: You will work as part of the Account Management team and will be responsible managing around 5 of the largest spending accounts in the business. Your role will require you to not only retain and ensure the success of these accounts but will also be to develop and grow revenue spend by identifying key up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. Key Responsibilities: • Build relationships across the layers of seniority at each client i.e. Board Level through to functional teams. • Work strategically to identify business needs that can be addressed by commercial opportunities • Create and deliver upon Strategic Account Plans • Deliver excellent relationship management to clients and become the clients Primary contact for relationship Your background: • Experience in an Account Manager position • Minimum 4 years experience in an Account Management position • Experience of managing large accounts (ideally in the professional services market) • A background in technology; ideally consultancy • Experience of working on client sites • Experience growing key accounts through up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
