Sales Executives – Healthcare / Online Platform – £30000 Basic Salary (£24000 Commission plus £6000 Team Bonus) – Full Training, Continuous Development and Excellent Career Progression Our client, a highly-successful Healthcare Tech company, are looking for highly driven Sales Executives to own the top of the sales funnel, drive sales leads, and push their growth to the next level. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will be an important member of the sales team, as you will be identifying, targeting and developing relationships with new key accounts. It’s a great opportunity to work in a cross-functional team and help the business expand. Key Responsibilities: You will interact with new and potential client accounts to sell the company’s services. Build a consistent & steady pipeline of quality leads for the sales team – with targets, KPI’s and bonuses. Help identify new products and business opportunities, working with the Head of Commercial to refine their tactical and strategic approaches. Help in planning and executing marketing & networking events to showcase the business Build a strong rapport with clients to enable you to deliver an excellent service. Provide clients with relevant information in response to enquiries about products and services. Skills required: Must have 2 years B2B sales / business development experience within Online Mobile Platforms, E-commerce, Medical, Healthcare or Digital Media Have lots of energy, positive attitude and an outgoing approach Ability to multitask and work quickly in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and negotiation skills Be fluent in English and have an excellent telephone manner Strong customer relationship building skills Must be an enthusiastic and forward thinking individual, with the ability to self-manage. You are passionate about new tech and social impact Be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Internet.
