UK Service Manager

Our client is a leader in Cash & Coin handling equipment . They are now seeking a national Service Manager to lead, manage and develop a team of service & support engineers by consistent and efficient implementation of service policies and procedures. Experience required Service or customer facing function, preferably in an electro/mechanical engineering environment Project Management People management skills Experience of managing Service Level Agreements Understanding of costs / benefits of service delivery Implementation of continuous improvement Formal quality assurance / process management experience Service/ QA qualification / Man management The ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail.
