About the Role: o Creation of various daily, weekly and monthly reports in line with service level agreements o Development of current reports and new reports , and ad-hoc reporting as and where required o Ad-hoc analysis and investigation of financial variances, on request and on own initiative to ensure financial performance is delivered o Assistance in production of Distribution Centre Management Accounts to draft stage o Monthly reconciliation of DC Management Accounts to System Accounts o Implement, develop, communicate & maintain SOP’s o Implement & develop financial controls to ensure accurate monthly reporting o Understands impacts of business decisions on financial performance o Highlight, challenge & explain cost variances to both Financial Management & Non-Financial Management o Highlight areas of opportunities to reduce cost base by changing current business practices o Any other reasonable ad-hoc duties as and when required to assist the Finance About YOU: o Highly numerate with strong analytical skills o PC literate in MS Office products o High Level of accuracy in work and attention to detail o Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly communicate across the business o Proven ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines o Good organisational skills with proven ability to manage own workload Why New Look?
