Resource Coordinator



Resource Coordinator A leading Global Bank currently require a Resource Coordinator for an initial 6 month contract based in London, paying up to £500 per day. The Resourcing Coordinator will report to the Head of Portfolio Services and does not have direct reports. The successful candidate will manage and/or support all resource related data and processes. The Resourcing Coordinator will support the Change Portfolio working across a wide range of programmes leading and participating in the management and analysis of data, process and governance pertaining to resourcing. The individual will get involved with most or all of these responsibilities: • Maintain and ensure ongoing communication of Joiners/Movers/Leavers process for the bank, ensuring alignment to wider IT processes. • Keep up to date distribution lists and organisation charts • Monitor and resolve as necessary cost centre and job family structure queries • Support recruitment process as necessary including establishing business justifications exist, the raising of RRs and subsequent agency / HR coordination. • Maintain Manpower plan and associated $ impact, understand variances to plan and drive resolution. • Ensure that all resource related periodic (e.g. weekly, monthly, annual) reporting for the team meets set deadlines. • Support the implementation of changes in resource related processes and controls • Keep abreast of HR related changes to systems and process and assess team impact • Support the annual budgeting process as required • Work with stakeholders to ensure rate cards are valid and current • Actively encourage collaboration across various stakeholders from a resourcing perspective. The individual will be/have: • Proven experience of resource management in a large, complex organisation • Banking experience. • Proven experience of establishing resource related processes and controls • Good understanding of common project management terms and concepts • Self starter, dedicated and a team player. • Excellent stakeholder management • Tactful, discreet and diplomatic • Organised and structured way of working. • Educated to a degree level Please do get in touch if you would like to discuss this opportunity further by submitting your most up to date CV in the first instance.
