Our client an established company is looking to add Telesales executives to their vibrant team based in Birmingham.
£16,800 Basic Plus commission OTE (£25,000- £30,000)
Working hours: Week 1:9am-5.30pm, Week 2: 10.30am-7pm
Every other Saturday 9am-1pm (1/2 day off in week)

- Provide quotations for customers and prospects, matching the right solution to the right need
- Follow up quotes following company sales process to covert to order
- Foster and maintain customer relationships by proactively calling existing and prospective customers as well as e-mailing where appropriate
- Influence new customers to explore Company services and products
- Engage with existing customers to cross and up-sell additional products and services
- Regularly update the company ACT! System with customer contact details, quotations and details of all communications.
- To work effectively with the sales and support teams and achieve company objectives
- Experience of outbound sales
- Motivated to achieve targets and possesses the tenacity to succeed.
- To work within a team and show the ability to demonstrate initiative.
- Strong work ethic; self-starter; results orientated and able to work under pressure.
- Professional, friendly telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
